Dr. Sullivan and his staff are absolutely amazing and very caring! They all go Above and beyond for you! The texting option to schedule your appointment is convenient. I needed a retainer made, they do it all right there for you the same day/visit. I have never had such fast service before.

I just wanted to write this because of my outstanding experience with Dr. Sullivan at Sullivan Orthodontics. Both my daughters went to Dr. Sullivan, and I can say that their teeth are now PERFECT - he did an amazing job. The office in Pittsford is very inviting and open - a wonderful and bright environment. I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan for anyone with children who need orthodontic care. In addition, I went back to him recently to see him to ask a small favor and he is one of the the nicest and most helpful people you could ever meet!!!

Great Staff, great Dr, they follow your kids, in some cases, from very little into adulthood, and we always feel like family when we walk in the door!. We highly recommend.

I had received braces when I was probably 14 from Sullivan orthodontics and was given a retainer to wear at night to keep my teeth aligned. Now 26, my dog ate my retainer and Dr. Sullivan had me in and out of the office within a few days of my first call. Really cares about his clients and keeping their smiles straight and his assistants are always pleasant and friendly. Definitely would recommend Sullivan orthodontics to anyone I encounter.

I am beyond happy with the work that Dr. Sullivan and his wonderful staff did to help me. Because of their dedication, kindness, and care for my situation, they were able to fix all of the issues I came to them with. My adult braces journey was much more painless than I thought, and I have them to thank for that. I know that because of their work, I will have a much more comfortable life moving forward. Dr. Sullivan and his staff are very friendly and tentative to everyone that comes into the office. As soon as dental offices had the green light to reopen I was immediately contacted about rescheduling my appointment. They worked around my schedule between the two offices. After the braces came off, Dr. Sullivan noticed how easy my teeth were staining and gave some simple suggestions. Within a week, the stains were gone. I am not longer timid in showing off my smile.

I chose Sullivan Orthodontics to have work done to correct my bite and enhance my smile. Dr. Sullivan was very thorough from the start regarding the process needed to attain my goals. I have gotten a pallet expander, braces, and a retainer all through Sullivan. Getting braces was very comfortable, and relaxing! Dr. Sullivan is a highly skilled, professional, friendly, detail-oriented orthodontist that is always quick to make any adjustments to make the experiences of getting braces, or any other treatment as smooth as possible. One doesn't truly know how simple, efficient, and comfortable the experience of getting braces or an expander is until you get it from Dr. Sullivan. He has made my smile look incredible, and the difference his treatment makes is a difference of night and day. The staff are incredible and are able to help you quickly and ensure your safety and comfort in the entire Sullivan experience. I can't recommend him and his team enough!

Dr. Sullivan and all the staff are awesome!! He and his assistants are so great with their patients, and so friendly/personable. My girls request to see the same assistant each time. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff. The price was right to start with and then everyone, every visit was so kind. It's a calm and quiet environment and so easy to reach and park for those that are always short on time! And the best part is that the estimated timing for wearing the braces was correct and now my 15 year old son has some really terrific looking teeth. Thank you Dr. Sullivan and team!
